Human Capital, Environment and Economic Development

We propose a generalized economic growth model that incorporates endogenous human capital in terms of education and health as well as environment in terms of population growth and income inequalities. Since the equilibrium is not pareto efficient, the government taxes households to finance healthcare and education i.e human capital in order to boost development highlights by economic growth i.e welfare and environment. The results find leave emerge the fact that, environment and inequalities on the one hand as well as human capital on the other hand, are crucial linkages explaining poverty and economic retard, thus necessitate economic policy to be conducted by the social planner in order to render the market equilibrium pareto optimal in developing countries
